When MP AGRO CO., LTD. provides or discloses Personal Information in our possession to a third party in accordance with clause (4) of "2. Provision or Disclosure to Third Parties," we will take appropriate measures such as concluding a non-disclosure agreement with the contractor, etc., to which the information is provided or disclosed.

For inquiries about or revising your Personal Information in the possession of MP AGRO CO., LTD., we will promptly respond in line with the "MP AGRO CO., LTD. Personal Information Handling Regulations" if you make a request through "Inquires about Personal Information."
